IS10 Information & Power Fall 2016 Course Evaluation Comment

Professor Ascher inspired new perspective on subjects related to technology, social issues, the internet, and many other facets of modern society. This class provided a setting for the discussion of events and topic as well as the basic role of information in society. A weakness of this class is likely the fact that some issues must be overlooked because of time constraints. Yet, a resounding positive is the inspiration of deep consideration of how information is shared and created at the individual and group level. I appreciate the experiences I had during discussions and the information I was exposed to in the relevant readings.
